3、 Technical characteristics

1. With single furnace structure, 20 samples can be tested for moisture, ash and volatile matter at a time.

2. It can realize classic water, ash, volatilization and user-defined single test, as well as water, ash and volatilization combined test.

3. The upper cover can be opened automatically. When the test of a batch of samples is completed, the cover can be opened automatically and the heat can be dissipated, so that the instrument can be cooled as soon as possible for the test of the next batch of samples.

4. It is equipped with a unique support rod mechanism, which can still be tested without nitrogen.

5. It supports weighing a sample to complete the full index analysis of moisture, ash and volatile matter.

6. The instrument has the functions of automatic sample weighing, automatic sample sending, automatic data processing, automatic calculation results, automatic report printing and storage.

7. The moisture, ash and volatile of 20 coal samples can be measured every 150 minutes, and the starting heat can be calculated automatically, which is suitable for the analysis of batch coal samples.
